All five boroughs’ NYC Health + Hospitals institutions and community care clinics offer free COVID-19 fast testing, PCR testing, clinical evaluations, and direct access to the anti-viral drug Paxlovid. Additionally, there are still over 200 NYC walk-up distribution locations where you may pick up free at-home test kits to keep yourself and your loved ones ready for when symptoms or exposure start to appear.

Patients can schedule appointments for COVID-19 testing, treatment, and vaccination services at NYC Health + Hospitals’ 11 acute facilities. There will be COVID-19 screening, immunization, and treatment options at Gotham Health clinics throughout each borough.
